today i received the following email:
"In Feb 03 I ordered a widget from you and still to this day it has never arrived(Mar 04). But of course you withdrew the amount from my paypal and still no jersey. I am very upset and plan to never deal with you again and to advise as many people that I know to not do business with you. "
February 2003??? Hello... this was only a year ago.
I emailed her back 3 times to send me the information so I could review it, and all of her emails are being returned as undeliverable. Talk about hysterical.

Advise them it was shipped via USPS & to expect it any day...........

If you wanted to you could look at PP History "advanced search" and look for the payment there by her email address. Perhaps she meant Feb 3rd and not Feb 2003??

Well, I 'spose the best thing to do would be try to get an eBay name, request contact info and call them. That is, if you can still do that.
And, that is, if you really give a rip.
Could be their ISP is blocking emails.
Maybe you could go way, way back in your PayPal history and get the ID.
Just brainstorming here...
Editing to add I think Neglus is on the right track. Have you checked your early February auctions?
