I've been getting 0-FB losers (mainly from Hockey Pucks from the GREAT BARREN NORTH) doing BINS & ruining auctions as they DEADBEAT!

I thought zeros were prohibited from BIN-ing ~ but guess again:

GEEEEE-willikers! That be REAL DIFFICULT to qualify, especially after 2 or 3 cases of Molson's!
