I've never used the send invoice feature in my ebay, but with spam protectors blocking many of my emails I'm thinking of using it.
I was wondering, when you click the "send invoice" button does it just send out an invoice or does it take me to a page where I can edit and view the contents of the invoice before I send it?

takes you to a page you can edit ... also gives a little feature, off to the right of s/h that you can click on where a popup comes up to help you figure the postage, if you have a weighty item ... pretty kewl ... i've been using their invoicing for a long time ... you can edit just about everything there ... also if someone won or bought more than one item, if gives you an option to combine into one invoice for multiple items s/h stuff ... give it a try.

I too am a big fan of the eBay invoice feature! It combines items well and the best part is that it is saved on the auction page so that the buyer (in the event they "lose" the invoice) can readily access it again. You can put your personal comments in the "instructions" portion (I copy and paste the same thing into every invoice).
I go through the "sold" section of "my eBay" and right click on "send invoice" to open in a new window. I send the invoice, close the window and I am back at "My Ebay" without any delays. I refresh the screen every once in awhile to make certain invoices have been sent (actually it's to find my place in the list since i usually am doing about 20 things at once)
