A buyer is NARU and I file a NPB and then the FVF form comes up. I submit it and it rejects it because I have to wait the 10 day period. I always thought that if the buyer was NARU that I didn't have to wait and why did the FVF form come up and then won't let me submit it? Has something changed?

I think it must have, it has happened to me three times recently, and I am waiting for another 10 days to elapse so that I can get my fvf from a naru'd buyer.

There is a BUG-IN-DA-SYSTEM:

From feeBay PS Support:

Hello Ralph J. Dog,

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to credit.

I understand your concern that you were asked to wait 10 days to request
your Final Value Fee credit.

There is a technical issue at this time that is requiring sellers to
wait 10 days to receive FVF credit even when the member is NARU. They
are working to correct it and I appreicate your patience in the
meantime. We're asking sellers to wait the 10 days so that the warning
is applied to the buyer's account.

Also, if you're item was listed on or after February 2nd, it may qualify
for the NPB Free Relist Policy.

Qualifying Non-Paying Buyer items that are re-listed and close
successfully will receive a standard re-list credit automatically if the
following three conditions are met:

1. The item qualifies under the Non-Paying Buyer Re-list Credit rules
2. You have re-listed the item and it sells, and
3. You have completed filing for the Non-Paying Buyer Final Value Fee
credit.

Please check the Announcement Board in January 2004 for more information
on Non-Paying Buyer Re-list Credits.

Ralph, we are committed to your online trading safety and success.
