This has to benefit everyone that sells. There are many sellers on eBay that sell because they like to and of course they want the same playing field as the "Elite". Since eBay is owner owned they can do what they want and I am sure they don't want to be dictated by any interest group. The diversity in the seller is what makes eBay unique.
