after checking all the items that come to mind, i have decided to bring this problem to the experts on this board.
i have not received notification of payments or anything else from paypal since changing my isp.
i have checked my registration in paypal to make sure the email addy was correct and to make sure my preferences were still checked...all seems okay there
i have checked my blocked list, nothing amiss there that i can see.
is anyone else having this problem? if not, where else should i check to fix the problem?

First thing I would do is to check with your new Isp to make sure its not blocking the P.P. emails thinking that they are spam.
Some do have high anti spam filters. If its not there then call your server and see if the problem is there. Could also be a glitch with P.P.
