.. charge backs. You can probably guess the question but I'll ask it anyway. If insured and a charge back happens, can you put in a claim (domestic or international)?

I am assuming the item was claimed to be undelivered as opposed to damaged.
Don't know about international, but you can use the insurance to either get your money from the insurer of reverse the charge back.
If the insurer delivered the package, they won't pay they claim. However if the insurer has proof the package was delivered, you should be able to reverse the charge back.
