Is it possible to change one's username and how to please. Looked everywhere and can't find an answer. Thanks so much.

I emailed Vendio, inquiring about the same thing. Here's what I got:
Thank you for writing. We will be happy to change your account name for
you.
Because this service is not automated, there is a charge of $25 to help
offset our engineering costs. This fee will be billed under the new
account name.
Note also that once the process is underway, it may take up to 24 hours
to complete. During this time, you will not be able to log on under
either account name. We will normally begin the name change process at
approximately 2:00 AM Pacific.
The account name '*************' is currently available. If you
agree to these terms and would like to go ahead with this, please let us
know your date preference, excluding any Fridays or Saturdays, listed in
order of preference (we will provide 24 hours notice before we change
the name for you.)

I agree, it's alot...but I'm considering it because my Vendio user name doesn't reflect my business at all. I've had for about 4 years. Changed my eBay user ID about 2 years ago, I think...for free.

I'd like my email address at vendio, my business email address, to reflect my business name. I don't want the shething moniker to appear anywhere in my business correspondence.
aintrichyet....would opening a new Vendio account allow me to move my auctions, inventory, emails, etc.?

WTF?! I'm really dumbfounded at the $25 charge. Too bad they don't caution new folks that they should be sure they want to keep the user name they're picking because there's a big charge to change it.

I'm quite certain you can just use your 'shething' around these 'general' boards here, to post when you want general help and input from us non/vendio employees ...
yes, i would think if you signed back in as a new account, you could pick your new name, and set it all up, and pick an 'account' plan with vendio, and 'import' all your listings into your newly set up name ....
