Hi
On my auctions I list that I except bidpay for any International transaction.

I have my main selling name with over 1800 feedbacks but I wanted to list a Guitar Amp under my other selling name that has only 2 feedbacks.
The buyer was International, so he went to Bidpay to pay ............Bidpay turned him DOWN....because of my low feedback.......has anyone else ever had this happen, and is this something new since Bidpay changed its name. I wrote to bidpay and I\'m waiting to hear from them.
The following is the email Bidpay sent to the buyer:
\"We apologize, but we are unable to process the order you requested. The
auction seller does not have the required seller feedback on the auction
site on which the winning bid was placed. In situations where a seller has
very little or no seller feedback, we cancel the orders because we have
insufficient information to determine seller reliability. We have no
information that this seller is unreliable or that you will not be
completely satisfied with your purchase. You may want to contact the seller
to make alternate payment arrangements if you decide to continue with this
auction purchase.\"
ALSO, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH PAYMENT METHOD YOU USE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.....AND WHAT PAYMENT SITE

You've probably opened a second Bidpay account with your second Ebay i.d. What you need to do is attach the email address for the low feedback i.d. to your primary Bidpay account. You only need one Bidpay account for all your Ebay accounts. For now, call Bidpay at 1-800-350-5952 and let them know both accounts are the same person and that you are long established with them.
