I had been toying with the idea of opening aan Ebay Store, and of course I wasn't quite ready for the "free" opportunities! I have already created a new id that I wanted, but now I need to get 20 feedback quickly! Any ideas?? (you need 20 to open a store...)

Do 20 Buy It Nows on coupon auctions. Shop carefully and you can do it for $20-$25.

Thats a good idea. It has to be for 20 different sellers, right?

Or, in Fluffy's case, you can sell your first 20 kittens!

Yep, 20 different sellers.

You might be amazed at what there are coupons available for.

You could *also* do the full-sheet (UPS) label auctions if you wanted to stock up on those, but that's going to run you a few more bucks, I think.

Another quickie feedback builder is those "recipe" auctions for .50 - 1.00 where they email them to you.

I had a buyer one time who built up a feedback of 40+ within two or three days on auctions like that. When he first bid on my auction his feedback was 0, but by the time the auction ended it was over 50.

Edited to add: Just for the record, I wasn't selling recipes. LOL

Don't those 20 feedbacks have to be as a SELLER, not a buyer?

Not sure here.

No replay - it just checks the feedback number, not the source of them.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Hmmm...I just assumed feeback is feedback. I found this under help section on ebay stores:

To open an eBay Store, you need to meet the following requirements:

You must have an eBay seller's account, with your credit card placed on file.
You must have a feedback score of 20 or higher, or be ID Verified.

The sellers account thing is just putting your credit card account on file and confirming.

Feedback doesn't matter if it is from buying or selling.
