As we transition to the new billing platform, invoices will be delayed. To help sellers who use recurring payment methods anticipate when they will be charged, please refer to the list below:
If you have a Credit Card on file, it will be charged approximately 5-7 days after invoicing.
If you have a bank account (all countries except US and Canada) on file, it will be debited approximately 5 days after invoicing.
For US and Canada sellers with a bank account on file, it will be debited approximately 10 days after invoicing.
If you would prefer to not have your recurring payment method charged, a one-time payment can be submitted. To make one-time payments, go to www.ebay.com, log into My eBay, and use the My Account section.
Safety Notice: If you are suspicious about an email that claims to be from eBay or PayPal that requests payment, please forward the email to [email protected]. You can make one-time payments by logging into My eBay and going to the My Account section.
In addition, we are aware that some members have experienced discrepancies viewing their running balances and current balances on the Account Status page in My eBay. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
