Ouch, I just got my invoice for April. It seems really high! How would I possibly know if it was wrong? Maybe I did sell that much...where did all the money go, LOL!

You CANNOT trust e bay. Live and learn OR print out Each auction and VERIFY.....I bet I've been overcharged and millions of others too. Their print out is soooooooooo confusing....and,,,,,they COUNT on it being that way. Beleive me they COUNT the dollars,,when YOU and I,,,,,,,don't.

It is much easier to just keep an eye on it daily or weekly.
I double check the fees each time I list large amounts of items, when those close, etc. And, if it is getting too big I also pay it down when my payments are received weekly.
It would be a nightmare to try and sift through 18 pages of an invoice at one time. Much easier to know I just listed 50 items at $.35 each and double check the total in my Ebay. Or, know what closed tonight, do a quick estimate and again, double check the total Ebay shows.

ONe of the coolest things about AuctionWorks is that I can run a P&L report that also includes ebay fees. I can take that number, add listing fees on unsuccessful auctions and see if there are discprepencies.

I got mine too, and ouch here as well! I had enough to qualify me as a power seller just in the fees paid to ebay, which was over $1k - Hey, I get bonus points for it though with my cc, those are adding up! I now have enough for 7 roundtrip airfares in the US, I won't be paying to fly anytime soon.

No, I'm not surprised, because I haven't even SEEN an invoice for over 4 weeks, I keep getting a message that it is not available. I am still getting charged however.

It is insertion and FVF - Yes, not really complaining, I've had a good month, and May has been great too. I'm going to begin to slow down now as I am taking a 3 week vacation next month (Alaska cruise & Las Vegas) - I am looking forward to the downtime. When I get back in July, one of the first things I am going to do is hire some part time help, it has been pretty crazy here as a one man job.

ebayvet-How much of Alaska are you going to be able to see? Are you getting off the boat and going inland at all? May and June are my favorite months up here so you are coming at a good time. Pack layers and if going up Denali way - bug spray.

Not too far north this time, we are going roundtrip from Seattle, going to Juneau, Skagway, and Prince Rupert in BC - I definitely plan to do some off-ship activities, I've been wanting to go to Alaska for like forever, I was supposed to go there for my honeymoon 11 years ago. Well, this time we are bringing the kids!
