I think it was you that had the late invoice and problems.... and I believe I posted to that thread
Well I just now got an invoice dated April 30, 2004. I paid my account in full BEFORE I was supposed to get an invoice May 1.
This one says it will be charged to my CC in 5 days. My CC will NOT take any more, unfortunatly, and I won't pay twice with another, this is ridiculus.
I wrote to the only 'contact' at ebay I could find and explained fully.
My current 'account' only shows -$16
Will they stop the charges do you think, since I wrote them and pointed this out?
I did hear from eBay. They are going to credit my checking account. However, it will take up to 30 days! It takes a few minutes to take it out, but 30 days to put it back? By then, I will have more invoices and I suspect a screwed up account. I am keeping close watch now because by the size of my bills, I suspect I'm being overcharged. Your best best is to use eBay Live Help. You can find a link on the home page. Emails seldom get answered.

thanks! they did write back, but they said,
'unfortunatly, you card will be charged, and you will be credited' blah blah
The problem with that card, is its over the limit, and I can't get the money in it in time, so it will be 'declined'.
So I guess they will shut down my auctions?

They did say something in the email, about their old billing system vs their new billing system.... great
