you dont do chargeback with paypal,you file a complaint within 30 days.
if you get no satisfaction with paypal resolution,then you file chargeback with your credit card issuer,assuming you paid with your credit card,not paypal fund.
as for how many days you have with your credit card issuer,you should check with them,usually up to 3 months
