Hi,
I've been away for a couple of weeks and finally got a chance to put some listings on ebay. The problem is when I try to get the first page to open with the catagory drop down , it won't load up and the #0 comes in the catagory box. Please tell me the formular for getting this problem corrected. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I didn't have this problem but many did. There is a discussion on the Vendio Services - Sales Manager Community Board below this one.

Here is the solution that "Dadostickboy" came up with and it looks like it did the trick for most of the people having the problems:

"Been trying all day just go it to work.

Try this it just worked for me!

Go to the Cat page, click on tools,Inernet options, deleat files...now disable your virus program and your firewall, then click on refresh!

Worked like a charm, I then Enabled:Virus & firewall before I did anything else.

The problem lies with the failure of Vendio to be able to keep up with changes in categories that eBay has changed. Within a few days this should be worked out. In the meantime use dads formula. It works.

The other option is to download Sales Manager Pro. You can use it to get the numbers to input. Or use it to do your auctions. It is easier and faster, as you don't have to wait for the screens to refresh. Then just upload a batch at one time.

Try an alternate browser, such as Opera or Netscape.
