i heard you can get condom free in bangkok and girls get weekly checkup and some will go for aftermath procedure after each transaction.
may be you can enlighten me,i never understand this-Thai are religous buddhists,bangkok is the capital where their King dwells and they do revere their king and yet it is the sex capital of the world.
How can all these co-exist??

What does revering their King have to do with it?
As far as Buddhism goes, sex before marriage, is not a big issue for Buddhists as the marriage ceremony is generally seen as more of a civil than a religious union.
But really what do you expect from a place named Bangkok?
