Can't seem to find the way to do this. anyone here know how to close out?

LOOK IN USER AGREEMENT, There is a section on notification to Vendio. This maybe the answer to your problem.

Why do you want to close it?
If you switch to the standard plan (if you aren't already on it) they won't charge unless you use it.
If you decide to come back in a couple years it will be waiting.
