I have revised my tos to make it a bit more enjoyable to read. I'm hoping more bidders will read the tos rather than just ignore it.
I would like constructive opinions please.

I really like the way you've broken it down into sections and kept it short. That's always a plus in my book.
I also like the humor...makes it not so boring.
Your furbabies look like they are afraid you were serious about selling them. LOL

I hate to be a party-pooper, but I liked your old TOS better. Sorry. With your new TOS I couldn't tell if you were serious or just suffering from eBay burnout.

I didn't see the old one but I like this one- but I would like better contrast between the background and type.
Re DOGS- Have you ever noticed that EVERY dog has a personality on his face - but lots of people don't?

Quite honestly, Capolady...I think its a little too cutsie. I think your idea of using humor is great, but maybe in one spot or two. It is a little overused. Again, I am just trying to be constructive, here.

I didn't see the old one but I agree with Cramer on this one....just a little too much humor. you don't want to make them laugh, you want to encourage them to pay.
other than that, it sounds good.
