What I found was offensive pictures -

Regarding the "direct link," apparently you have nothing to "direct link" to, or you wouldn't have the attitude you do!

I have no problems with "direct links," and they were wonderful when they were legal on eBay - and although I don't use them now, I'd never turn anyone else in for trying to....

I use 2 niche auctions almost exclusive because they allow direct links.....and they have paid off tremendously!

I kind of figure folks who run around looking for auctions that break eBay rules so they can turn the seller in, are folks with little else to do...Just the way I see it.

ROFL! Yes, you are bad, but I love your sense of revenge

jwpc - what she is referring to by "direct link" is the seller of the auction linked directly to the OP's photos. The OP pays for image hosting for her OWN auctions, not someone else's. Seems the seller of this auction was too cheap to take her own photos, so is getting her just desserts as they say

woaw......... and LOL!

jwpc - wgm is right, the seller is 'stealing' the posters bandwidth that she pays for. Also looks like this seller is taking pics from a barbie site for that case.... it has something written on the bottom that I can't make out, something .com

It looks like it says "barbiecollectibles.com" to me.

Now somebody just needs to bid on it so she can't change anything...

Seventy bucks for a barbie is a bit spendy. Now if it was $3.99 I'd be tempted.

I wonder what happens to an auction with a bid if the bid gets retracted. Can the seller still revise or are they stuck?

Hmmm... Better have some Two Buck and ponder for a while.

yeah, that is a bit pricey for a wardrobe case, IF that is what she is selling??? because at the bottom, it has a blurb
'Barbie has never been removed from box'

huh?

Well those barbies have, and well. um.... LOL!!

I'd bid, but I'd probably end up winner on a Barbie case that I do not need, too bad it was so high!

No, I was relisting something (that didn't sell), & I just looked to see what this was going for, & I noticed this seller who was selling the same thing (something different than this), & I saw my little star gifs in her auction. I right clicked & saw that she was direct linking to it, so I of course, looked at some of her other auctions. And I saw that she was also direct linking to this particular picture. No, I don't have the time to go looking for this kind of thing, but I just happened to notice it; that's all, & I thought I'd just have some fun. We sell some nude barbies, & my husband takes the pics, & one time he got a little carried away taking these suggestive pics, & I remebered them. Well, I just thought I would have a little 'deserved fun' with this seller. Yes, she is direct linking to everyone & anyone; yes, stealing everyone's bankwidth, & obviously is too cheap to pay for her own pic host.

If she's still linking to your gif, replace it with a notice thas says " Please email me to buy this item outright so we can both avoid the outrageous fees Ebay charges us sellers." Then report the auction to Safeharbor.

Yes, I know she is linking to my star gif, but she also has width & height set to 30 X 30 on all her auctions. So even if I replaced with my http://imagehost.vendio.com/preview/an/anniexp/wardrobebig.jpg image (the pic she originally linked to, but then later changed), it would be very small, & plus I have this gif in a lot of my auctions as well. But I would do it if she hadn't specified width & heighth in the html. Oh well!

Change the stars to this.

Go ahead and copy and rename it. Then turn the low life in.
