OK so I may be easily impressed
I received my Summer Ebay Newsletter today and they included a sales chart showing the number of listings I have had each month for the past 6 months, my total sell through rate, total income and a couple of charts.
I thought it was pretty neat. Those who have been a power seller longer than I have may be used to getting these but it is the first one I have received with personalized information in it and I was pleased and impressed.

The last newsletter was like that too - the only drawback is that the information seems outdated. This was for November through April...April seems so long ago already. We found out we were even bumped to a new level, so that was exciting (I'm surprised we didn't receive an email or anything).
