I am at a loss - my computor has everthing SO BIG ..the eBay auctions will not even fit my window...how can I fix this ???

At the top of "ie" is "view" the pulldown menu shows "tect size"...choose a smaller size.

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you can also hold down "control" and roll your mouse wheel up or down. It works in a lot of windows and a lot of programs, like Word, IE, etc.
I discovered by accident. I was teasing my husband by making pictures get big and small back and forth quickly on the screen. No, it wasn't porn! Sometimes you have to first click opn the window.
It doesn't work on Vendio except on the titles. I use it a lot now.
