My auctions are not launching. All I get is an api error message and this has been since yesterday. I have emailed vendio twice and gotten no response. I have called the ebay powersellers support line and they say vendio has to resolve this. How do I get in touch with vendio to get them to resolve it? I am at my wit's end and about to find a new service to replace vendio.
Any ideas? Solutions? I would really appreciate it.

Try going to Vendio Services > Sales Manager and Image Hosting as you may have better luck there. Check the board to see if someone else has the same problem or post it there.

Are you by any chance selling the same item in all your auctions, or using the same category #? Have you checked to see what the error could be and tried to correct it? (You probably have done this, but just in case. . . .)
For example, a few times I've mistakenly listed in "more than one category" but used the same category # in both boxes. There are lots of reasons.
Or it could just be a systemic error, in which case it'll correct itself soon. Good luck.

i loaded 2 auctions earlier this week, no problem...last night started, but could get nothing to load...i hope it is systemic; i have tried everything else that i know to do...let me know if, and how, you solve your problem...tanx
