Have a deadbeat bidder on an item that sold May 24th. Finally got tired of waiting, and applied for my FVF.
This came up when I completed the form.
No Final Value Fee credit was charged for ~ Nikko "xxxxxx" xxxxxxxxxxx~ (37250xxxx) so no credit was posted. If you feel this is in error please try again later.
I went back and checked my May bill, and I was charged for it. I have tried 3 times to get my FVF, and each time I get the same message. What's my next step?

Click on "Live Help" button on home page and talk to someone. I have had several problems resolved this way.

We,,,,,should not have to do anymore than WE already have. Nothing falls through the cracks when it's in EBAYS favor. We trust that e bay does us right and find out later they are ripping us off. Refunds, billing issues. Don't ask, e bay won't tell....Works VERY well for e bay.
