Reamond is so right. eBay will float away on a cloud with no harm. They have given many warnings & like any auction house, they are not guaranteeing authenticity of any item up for auction.

It would be nice to chip away at the keyword spammers...they are killing it.
Maybe if Ol' Tiffancy went after individual sellers.

Sounds like Tiffany is too lazy to use VERO and instead is going after Ebay. It is not ebays responsibility to protect their trademark or market value, it is Tiffany's. They could probably pay to employ someone full time to police ebay for a fraction of what they will pay lawyers to fight a lawsuit that precendent already dictates they will lose.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?
