Monthly payment internet service does NOT work...(12 month contract) Problem after problem, after,,,,,I GIVE UP!!!!!! So they say,,,,No problem,,,,,you can't get it to work and neither can our techs but if you leave after ONLY,,,,,,,,,19 days of frustration,,,,,you will have to pay a $250.00 early termination fee.....WHAT!!!!!!!! WHY YOU,,,,,,,S,,,,,,,,
Now,,,,,,,,can I go to my bank and tell them to NO longer honor any (CREDIT CARD)charges from this service PROVIDER?
Can they in essence,,,BLOCK THIS BIDDER????
I want to send their DSL box back and say good bye,,,,keep the first months payment and thanks for all the WASTED time...AND not being able to SELL,,,,,,,,,,
and then, If I can't,,,,,I am going to EVERY major network in Los Angeles, 2,4,5,7,9,11..........AND then Radio stations AND!!!!!! and I,,,,,have the TIME to do it.....Hollywood,,,,,,It's fun to mess around in Hollywood.......

Are they collecting through your Credit Card or your bank? Go to your bank and talk with a representative and they should be able to help you. I can't understand if the DSL box doesn't work why you have to pay a termination fee. That doesn't seem right.
Jack if you want DSL use SBC and they are right in your area.
If they are using a credit card to collect their fees why not report that CC stolen and have them give you a new CC number, then they can't charge through there. If they are using your checking account you can stop payment on that but it will cost you about $25.00. Good Luck

Jack...If they can't deliver the service they advertised and promised, THEY are the one's who breached the contract, not you. Ship their modem back to them (with DC and signature required, of course) and tell them what they can do with their faulty equipment. Be sure to enclose a well thought out letter explaining why you are terminating the contract, and keep a copy for yourself. In the last paragraph, demand a refund of all money you have paid them and give them a deadline for payment before you go to small claims. In the meantime, install a copy of AOL and use that on a dial up until you can find a reliable DSL or Cable provider. AOL will give you the first 1000 hours free before they start charging. If you terminate before then, you owe nothing. You can always drop to their $9.95 per month economy plan later and use that as a backup. The main thing is you gotta be able to sell without interuption.
BTW, can you REALLY lick your eyebrows?
