HI
On June 23rd I was the high bidder on a Tiffany Mesh Ring.........I paid with paypal right away.
On June 25th I got an email saying my item was shipped USPS by Paypal, I was given a tracking number at this time.

I have been checking the tracking number each day since the package has not arrived yet and there shows no details at all.

I contacted the seller and they keep telling me they will check it out, so far no results.

BUT THE MOST STRANGEST THING OUT OF THIS WHOLE TRANSACTION IS...........When I put the item number in for search it dose not show it was an auction listing, also, when I bid and when I won this item it never showed up on my Ebay page, ...........there is no way I can even locate this auction that was listed on ebay and that I won.
Dose anyone have any suggestions for me as what I should do. This is the item number, maybe someone knows how to find it for me.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi Tonimar,

It doesn't come up for me either.

You could try a search by seller, completed auctions.

There are alot of active auctions for Tiffany Mesh Rings. I couldnt find that auction number either. Did you find the closed auction under that seller's id?

In regards to the tracking number, it may have been scanned when it was shipped and hasn't been scanned yet en route. It has been about a week. I would try contacting the seller again. You may also consider contacting your own post office.

Well to get even stranger!!!!

I checked all the auctions by this seller and the one I bid on and won is not showing up as a closed auction. Also I checked ........"by bidder", which is me and it only shows 2 auctions that I bid on but it dose not show this Tiffany Ring auction that I won, it shows two that I won, ............but what could have happened to this auction?
It never showed on MY Ebay page from the first day I bid on it. My only trace of information on this auction is in paypal where i paid for it...........

Hi,

If it's in your PayPal at least you have a record of paying for it. You do still have some time but don't let the 30 days pass.

I just thought if something. After the auction closed, could the seller have deleted the auction from their "list" on their "My Ebay" and this might have deleted it system wide? Is that possible?

Could the auction have been VERO'd after it ended? That would explain why it's not showing up anywhere.

June 23rd was around the same time Tiffany filed a lawsuit against eBay wasn't it?

eBay does VeRO items after they've closed. That's the only explanation I can think of. It has happened to me.

Hi
Well the ring arrived in todays mail, now my daughter said this dose not seem to be an original Tiffany Ring, it has 2 extra rows of mesh then the one on the Tiffany site, so what we did is ordered the same ring from Tiffany and if this one is not original then we will just give this one to one of my other daughters. But according to the girl at Tiffany there should only be 11 rows now 13 rows.

I also went to the search this morning like "OH LUCy" suggested and searched by seller I did see her closed auctions, but this afternoon I searched her name and she is No Longer A Registered User...............Like was mentioned, I did win it on the day that tiffany filed papers with Ebay, but I didn't know about that till I had paid for it.

So now that Tiffany filed papers with Ebay dose that mean that no Seller can sell Tiffany items?
About Vero..........I don't know what that is.

I think your item was vero, On occasion I have gotten in trouble for german items and they are pulled and removed, it was like they never existed in ebay, but this has been quit a while ago may a year or more.

Good luck and I am sure the ring will just sparkle at the fire works on the fourth of July

Thats really weird. If they DID vero the auction, why are there so many up and active now that are selling the same thing?

Look how many have closed. It doesnt make sense. I guess I am missing something.
