Now they are getting good...A new web surfer would bite on this in a second....I am getting this new pop-up that is essentially the good old eBay sign-in page! It's the same size as your regular web page (whole screen) but there is no task bar. It comes up in a random manner. My computer and I are at war with eachother, it continually tries to $@#!& me and I am forever fighting back. A modern day Twilight Zone! When things get real bad I just unplug it...(Him) LOL...

Whoa!

Sounds like you need to run Ad-Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Spyblaster. They are free on the internet.

Perhaps your home page is being hijacked? Meaning every time you open a new browser window, it becomes this mimic Ebay login page?
