Sold an "item". buyer pays via pay pal. $50.00.....Week later, Hey we have buyers remorse. We paid too much. (they found it cheaper) Wants his money back. My reply, have a nice day.
Pay pal Notice,,,,,,your buyer has filed a charge back on your account. Respond within 72 hours.
I do immediately. phone.
Blah, Blah, blah. $10.00 fee to process dispute. ?.....ah never mind I'll just refund the turkeys money. Pay pal rep. agrees. click, end of conversation.
I email the cheapskate, send the "item" back for a FULL refund.
24 hours later no response. And MAN was this guy a typing fool prior.
Today I get a $30.00 payment from another sale. I go to my acct. balance is ONLY $20.00..? what! PP takes $10.00 and begins the dispute.
UPdate,,,,,,,,I just got off the phone PP. they feel I have a STRONG case against the buyer. WOW! and THEY are VERY excited to persue this sit. They say I will get back the $10.00 to boot!
Well it's just another exciting Legal matter day on e bay. Two threats to sue me. (nothing EVER came of them, AND I STILL have their Substantial funds). E bays JOKE of a FRAUD system typing contest, Wonderful Square trade, 3 way Circus cat fights. One letter from the CAL. State Attorney Generals Office. I replied , they laughed, they sent my reply to the complainer, end of the State.
And tons of e mail threats! Not too mention the NEGATIVE feed backs!
