I was wondering how some of you guys handle NPBs(Non-Paying bidders). I've stared ebay's new system, yuck. Who long do you wait before you neg them. I say 2 weeks is plenty of time.

I"m interested in what others say here, too.

I don't like that we can't send the less-confrontational "contact information request" now. That almost always got my buyers' attention.

I was pretty worried about the new system based on what I read here.

Looks like most of it is misinformation, though.

Of course you can still request contact info. Top menu bar on any eBay page:

Search > Find Members

The Contact Information box is still there.

I've been processing old and new NPB/FVFs this morning and have no complaints so far.

Oh, well, I guess just one complaint. The word "dispute" makes the situation seem even-handed. Hey, it's not one person trying to cheat another; it's just a DISPUTE as to the facts of the matter.

Bah.

I still want to slap deadbeats upside the head.
