After selling a few years on eBay,I finally decided I need a second ID seller account. Do I need a different credit card number other than the one they already have ?
for Ebay
Vendio
PayPal
As eBay does not encourage it, I cannot find any info.
Thank you for taking the time for any help you may have.

All you need to do is register again with a new ID and a different e-mail address. You can use the same CC for each account. You can add your new e-mail address to your PayPal account. With Vendio you will have to start a second account but you can also use the same CC.

What would a day be without more SW misinformation?
You can have one PayPal personal account and one PayPal business or premier account.*
As Kiara said, you can just add your new email address to your existing PayPal account. You don't need another.
*There are sellers who try to divert cash payments to their personal account and credit card payments to their business account. This is explicitly against PayPal rules. However, when some violations were brought to PayPal's attention recently, they refused to do anything about it. So it looks like you can get away with that.
