Either the item is not eligible to offer your buyers financing or the finace offer is no longer valid. Please check API documentation

If you feel the error message is a mistake then call Ebay they will help you out to understand why it was poping up or maybe tell you something you can do.
On Sunday I had a bad experience with listing a boat Perpeller and I listed it in the boat catagory by error, but I didn't know this until my conformation email arrived showing me the charges............I was being charged 40.00 listing fee and 90.00 feature auction fee.........I went crazy not know what to do since my perpeller was only 6.00.
Well I shut down my auction first then I emailed ebay telling of the problem, and I had to wait till Mon. to call them, well they saw what I did and we both laughed over it, but hell, I was so nervious just worried that i would have to pay those fees.
They are very helpful and work with you, I know lots of people say that Ebay don't care about us Sellers, but from my experience each time I had a problem they helped me out to the fullest and Ive been with ebay since 1997 and have needed there help till recently.
Anyway, thought you would get a good laugh as i did, but my laugh was not till MONDaY.....lol

I'd go to eBay live help. The link is on the eBay home page. I've never listed in eBay motors so I cannot help with this one.
