I got my first neg yesterday. I wrote this seller, who doesn't take Paypal, and told them when I would be sending my payment (from Canada). She sent in some non-paying notice to eBay on Friday, then neg'd me yesterday saying I never emailed, bla, bla, bla. The weird part is, I checked her feedback and out of 500 feedbacks given, she's negged 101 people. Should I even bother leaving her a neg? It would be nice to let others know she's neg happy, but I'm worried that she'll say she never received my payment and not send the item. Any suggestions?

Forget the feedback issue for now. You have 90 days to come up with an appropriate comment to leave for her. The first order of business is to address the NPB issue. Absolutely respond to the unpaid item dispute within the 7 day limit. State that payment has been sent. At the same time, I would file a formal complaint with Ebay accusing her of abusing the NPB process. The idea here is to take the offensive and try to get her suspended for abuse of the system before you receive a black mark for npb. Be sure to include the words "harrasment" and "intimidation" in your complaint. Gather your evidence which I assume would be a money order receipt or a Bidpay transaction # and submit that in your dispute reply and complaint. If you sent a personal check (which I doubt if you are in Canada), you'll need to get the cancelled check ASAP from your bank and submit that.
