Does anyone know where to go on Ebay to send a friendly reminder through Ebay to non-paying bidders? It used to be that you could send a reminder after three days before sending the warning message. Is that still available? Thanks,

On the "My eBay" page under your sold items, click on the arrow for the drop down menu. If it has been over 3 days since the auction ended, you will see an option to send the payment reminder.
I waited 7 days then sent just a reminder email and then I think I went to this page after I didn't hear from my bidder and started the process.
In my email to my bidder I just said.
7 Days ago you bid and won auction # then the item, and I haven't heard anything from you. I would appreciate it if you would respond to this email when you intend to complete the auction along with your name, address so that I can get your package ready. My auction states payment is due within 10 days of the end of the auction.
(the last sentence is if you have that on your auction page.)
eBay thinks that too many emails is considered harrassment so don't write to many. But wait a couple of days file for your NPB because eBay sends the buyer another email about payment. After 7 days from your NPB alert go back to that page and see if they will credit you. It might take a little longer than that.
