Hi again I have returned in search of more knowledge, I picked up this piece of what I believe is pewter (very heavy)It appears to be a sculpture of the Chinese Zodiac, there is super detail to this piece, a lot of work wnt into it. I was wondering if anyone had any thouhts as to age etc, thank you in advance

this style is not old,recent creation.
what is the real color of the statue??
silver or bronze?/
th chinese made a bronze version which is more tin than copper,kind of wash out bronze.

Stopwhining the color is silver, truer to the last two pictures, thanks for helping with the age....this piece measures about 7 1/4" tall and the circular base 6 3/4", I can't get over the weight of this piece compared to the size...

Hi, this is definitely a new piece. My importer has ones just like it in brass that he was trying to get me to buy. Be sure to list it as the Chinese Zodiac featuring the year of the horse.

I can't tell you the price of yours however, I know that the brass version costs me $35.00 wholesale. Looks to be about the same size as the brass. Don't know if that is any help at all, but its all I can offer.
