It's almost over for me. I will be on vacation soon. I mentioned I had more deadbeats this summer that I ever had (in four plus years of selling).

When you file for FVF, what does the bidder see on their end. When they log on to ebay do they get a message? Or does Ebay send them an Email.

I think if someone has a NPBA put on them, they should be blocked from being able to bid or use BIN until they take care of the outstanding payment. Maybe serial deadbeats and newbies will think twice. If you do not pay your phone bill it gets shut off.

They will receive an e-mail from ebay for sure. I do also believe in ebay's recent updates, that a pop-up will come up telling the deadbeat to pay up. So I believe the answer is both.

I recently had someone pay for an auction 3 months old. I had gone through all the NPB steps and blocked them from bidding. They just paid and went on. I didn't retract anything and had already neged them.

AND THE BEAT GOES ON!!!!!!!!!!
