Here is a bidder who has declared "bid bankruptcy" and in his own words is "Proud to be a NPB"

Bidder came on Ebay June 2004. Bid and won items. Understands bidding system. Shafted three sellers and didn't care. Thinks it is a joke. Will likely get a new ID and be back to do it all over again. Sorry A/H.

ONE Name! ONE credit card Number, ONE address and the END,,,,,,,,,,,of this silllyness and costing SELLERS MONEY! But,does e bay care? Hell no! they STILL made MONEY!

And the GREIF that follows for the SELLERS, NPB crap! To collect peanuts.


What goes UP, must come down, Spinnin' wheel, got'ta go round, Talkin' 'bout yer troubles and ya, ya,never learn,,,,,,,Ride a painted pony let the spinnin' wheel spin........HA!
