Whats the method to remove bad feedback? Not for me - I havent had a neg in over a year. But a friend of mine got a neg this month. Can't you pay $20 or something to get rid of it?

I just updated my new website - give me your feedback on it.

well jeesh ... it 's not QUITE THAT EASY ... ... that is i think square trade group, and both parties have to agree to it ..

yet FREE is ebay's, mutual nasty feedback withddrawal ....

either way, they both have to be mutually agreed upon.

NOT entirely correct, young damsel

With SquareMade, ye can open a case, & if the other party doesn't respond within (methinks) 14 days, ye can cough up da $20 buckeroos & smell like a ROSE!

Such a cynical crock of KAKA-PooPoo!

and me quoteth:

"Feedback can be removed or withdrawn after no response to your case filing provided that:

The feedback was left less than 90 days prior to this case filing with SquareTrade;

There was no technical difficulty sending notices to the respondent;

Filer provided the correct email address for the respondent;

Filer used the same transaction # as recorded in the feedback record (filer must file a separate case for each transaction involving the same respondent);

The item bought or sold must not violate the marketplace policy;
and
SquareTrade does not receive any response from the other party, either by email or online, before the feedback is removed or withdrawn. If the other party responded to a previous case filed concerning the same feedback record then your feedback cannot be removed or withdrawn

The mediation fee blah,blah,blather,blather,blither,chitter..."

And it is not a true removal. Ebay will remove the red mark, but the actual feedback will be left on the system.

It is best to respond to it and move on. An honest response is easily spotted by bidders and they will ignore it.
