I have waited over 7 days so what is the hold up?
The buyer never did respond. I want to select
the "I no longer wish to communicate with or wait for the buyer" but that option is not there is when I try to do it.
This is what I got instead when I tried to file:
"Choose an option to close the dispute.
Dispute closure
We've completed the transaction and we're both satisfied.
A Final Value Fee credit is no longer needed. The buyer will not get an Unpaid Item strike."
I do NOT want this option. I want the option to get my fees back. Where is the OTHER option?
Wording from eBay:
"The seller can close the dispute after the buyer has responded at least once, or if the buyer does not respond within 7 days."
"I no longer wish to communicate with or wait for the buyer. With this option, the buyer receives an Unpaid Item strike, the seller receives a Final Value Fee credit, and the item is eligible for a relist credit."

You haven't waited long enough.
Correction: The system thinks you haven't waited long enough. When it does, you'll get the FVF refund option.
Sorry. It sucks, I know.
You could try Live Help. I do it on every possible occasion just to make sure I'm contributing to eBay's cost of doing business...since they're doing their level best to raise MY costs.

Good grief lighten up! I have waited sometimes for weeks (2-3) for payment. Have a reasonable business plan and stick to it.
Kind regards
