Another "Just in time for the holidays" I listed a special high ticket item this am and it is now 3 hours later and it still isn't showing up on ebay. Vendio shows it was processed and is active. Anyone else having problems?

I have listed over the last 2 or 3 weeks and no hits at all. Overstock, Here I come , when you get your bugs worked out.

From 9:20 to 9:32 I posted three auctions on Ebay through Vendio. All can be accessed through the Ebay Seller List page but the search function only finds two of the auctions. Of course the one item it isn't showing is a big ticket item.

Today ... well... yesterday with the time difference now... was a free listing day for 99p and less items on the UK site. It's possible that all of those listings are slowing things down a bit. I know I listed about 500 items before I got bored and decided to run away from the real world and head to the casino. I'm sure others were more perserverant.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Now that we are into the second day I see my auctions are getting one or two hits (that's hits not sales). I can generally expect 30 to 100 hits for a specialty item but some of my auctions haven't been viewed in two days. Either Ebay is having another burp or everyone is out shopping early for the holidays at the mall.

Try doing a keyword search as your buyers would do and see what the competition is doing. Could be that the competition is having a greater response on your view numbers that ebays search engine.
