I didn't want this sad post-election time to pass without thanking you for your great links to the truth throughout these last few months, and for your sense of humor. I hope that you get it back.
.
.
I'm sorry for our great country. Forget about this propaganda about exporting our democratic ways to countries that have no interest. I hope that our own Constitution and democracy remains intact enough after 4 more years so that it's repairable by whatever administration takes over in 2008.

I'm so excited to have to deal with this kind of intelligence over the next 4 years.

I remember a sticker that came out after Gore/Lieberman lost in 2000. It looked JUST like their campaign sign only it said

Sore/Loserman

Maybe we need that kind of sticker for this place.

I like coming here, I learn alot but this is insane.

Helga....what is insane, and embarrasing...is that enough people were duped by the propaganda and lies. Others wound up voting for moral reasons, which I respect, but they voted for the most immoral administration this country has ever had. I feel sorry for our country and everyone in it, including you. This goes beyond politics. I had never voted for the Democratic candidate until this election. I am not a sore loser, just sad and worried.

You are right longtime - the spindoctors made Bush APPEAR to be moral...but his morals, like his WMD, are NOT THERE! The Emperor's New Clothes...A House of Mirrors...y'all got played for Fools and now we all will pay (and pay, and pay.

Morals aren't something you wear on your coat like a campaign button! They are something that come from the very fiber of the being and to say that an alchoholic, coke snorting, AWOL draft dodger, n'er do well until midlife, who was born again just in time to run for office is the man who puts "GOD" in the White House is just plain ludicrous!

Edited to say that this was written in response to deur post above, which he has removed, in which he said, "TERRORISM was the number one concern by the average Joe on the street and most feel safer with Bush at the helm."
.
.The people that were actually victims of terrorism, those that lived in New york, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and D.C., all voted against Bush.
.
.
.The average Joe was duped into believing that we're safer with Bush as President, when in fact the opposite is true. His administration has created thousands of new terrorists by his bumbling of the Iraqi situation. Bush himself has stated that there was no connection between Al-Quaeda and Iraq before 9/11 and before the war(there is now, because of the war). And people are duped into believing that they're safer from terrorism with an administration like this?

This is Ebay related. Ebay will be opening up a new category soon, called "civil liberties", available to the highest bidder(except if Halliburton wants one they don't have to bid).

Hello everybody,

While we realize everybody has an opinion on the election, we would appreciate it if you would continue this discussion in the Round Table. This forum is really geared for eBay-related topics.

Thanks!

Diana
