I listed 6 dinner plates that are chipped on the back of all and 1 chip on front of one plate. No one bid. Now I have someone who wants them and wants to know how much. I have no idea what the value is. Anybody want to shout out a price?
Thanks!

there are people who want cracked and broken dished and they do ceramic pieces with them. You might try that.

Were the plates all listed in one single auction? In a case like that, I'd sell for the opening bid price, just to get them out of my house. It's true there are people out there who want the chipped ones at a reasonable price for craft work.

is this the second time around listing them? Then let them go, just make sure you get shipping for them.
otherwise I'd list them again (for the "free" listing) and tell them to feel free to bid.
I've seen things listed at $9.99 that I meant to bid on and forgot. Second time around? The bidding went out the roof.
That's one thing I don't understand. I've seen people list the same clothes week after week after week. And I'm talking 9.99 and under! What are they thinking? Two runs on Ebay - no bids - donate them. After 3 or 4 times you're losing money!

Put a selling price on them. What ever you feel is fair. I have never tried to sell chipped china. I have given away a ton on of it to lady who makes all kinds of things from it. Good luck.
