I have had a bunch of NPB's recently. I have filed and had my fvf's returned. My question is, when I try to relist on Vendio, I get a "copy" message, so I will be charged again. How do I get the free relist?

I've had a rash of them as well. I'd just relist through eBay to be on the safe side.

I've wondered about that, too. If I relist through Ebay, will I be charged an extra image hosting fee from Vendio?

Amber...Vendio sees that item as a sold item. Consequently, a relist through them will show as a copy of the sold item, or as an original auction. Vendio has no way of knowing your original winner was a deadbeat and that you filed for FVF credit. The message you see is appearing on the relist scheduling page, before it has been submitted to Ebay. Once the auction is relisted and gets into Ebay's system, they should be able to associate the FVF credit to it and make it eligible for credit of the insertion fee if it sells.

Thanks sparkz I am going to give it a try. Relisting through eBay doesn't work, Vendio will charge 10 cents a picture. I have tried it, also if you do a second chance offer they also do that. I have up to 15 pictures on my auctions, and it's not worth it to relist through eBay, it would better to pay listing fees again.

You are correct on the charge for attaching pictures. Never list directly on Ebay if your pictures are hosted here. The fees are too high that way. Also, you can file for a final value fee refund from Vendio for the fees they charged you. As I said in the other post, they have no way of knowing this was a deadbeat bidder, so to file with Vendio, you need to copy and paste into the refund request the portion of your Ebay statement where the FVF was refunded to you.
