I filed a non-payment for an item on oct 19. When I view the dispute, it says that i'm eligible to file for a FVF but there is no link that takes me there. How do I file for it?

i went there, i see two options:
1. ENTER A RESPONSE (don't need to do this; the buyer should enter a response).
2. Close the dispute if both you and the buyer are satisfied, or you both agree not to complete the transaction, or you don't want to communicate with or wait for the buyer.
if i choose 2, i am closing the dispute with getting my FVF.

#2 takes you to the next page where ya get to stick it to them -- make sure there is a BIG GREEN CHECK MARK to the RIGHT before you close a dispute -- that means ya can get yer FVF credit
