The promotion will be begin on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and end that same day, November 23, 2004 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to November 23, 2004 and scheduled to start on November 23, 2004 will be eligible for the promotional offer.
During the Sell to the World Sale:
Auction-style listings which specify international shipping options can add the Buy It Now listing upgrade for free. Listings on both the US site (www.ebay.com) and non-vehicles listings on eBay Motors (www.ebaymotors.com) will be eligible for this offer.
This promotion will not apply for Fixed Price, Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format, and Store Inventory listings.
All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Border, Bold, Highlight, Homepage Featured, Featured Plus!, Gallery, Gallery Featured, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Reserve, Subtitle, Extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 23, 2004, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period (November 23, 2004) but scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
Please note that the discounted fees will not be immediately reflected on the site. You will see a credit to your seller’s account by late December.

A whole nickel! Wow! For that nickel, you have to change your shipping to include international - what a deal! Smirk. And you have to wait until late December for your nickel? Funny that it starts on November 23rd. Overstock auctions has a free listing day on November 24th. Hmmm ...

Are you sure about free listing day on the 24th for overstock? I didnt see a notice?
When do you think the next free listing day on ebay is? Dont they usually have it the day after thanks giving?
