Ebay says I can't leave a Neg because buyer is NARU.
But on the same hand they say I can't get FVF refund because not enough time has passed!
Been 20 Days!
Anything to hang on to our Money.

Good one, I purchased an item from this one seller about 3 mths ago. Seller never send me anything, then he goes and gets NARU'ed. I file a claim with paypal and get my money back OK, I do a search for that item today and guess who is back selling those same items. And I did not get a chance to leave the person a good NEG. feedback for selling something that they did not have to ship. Go figure.

chessguy -- You can report him to ebay as a suspended seller selling under a different ID. Ebay will NARU him again.
