I wouldn't have thought it possible to get listing fees back from that fiasco last night with AuctionTracker. Thanks a bunch for suggesting that I try. Here's what I got this morning:
"Thank you for contacting us today. I can certainly understand your
concern over these listings you ended early. My name is Karl, and I'd
like to help you.
"Although listings ended early by a seller generally do not qualify for
credit, I'm happy to inform you that in this instance a one-time
courtesy credit has been approved and posted to your account. You can
verify this by viewing your Account Status."
Followed by instructions on how to view the status. Not a lot of money back, of course, but every little bit helps!

That's great Roadsmith. I recalled from a couple years ago that if it's nessary to end several listings at once because of a technical error, they would be inclined to issue a credit. Besides, they never hesitate to ask us for money, so we ought to be able to do the same.
