Hi ... I have a very old early century-lookin' long foldout postcard that has "postage one cent" on it ... what era is that, please?

If the postage is only a penny, it's from the era known as "The good old days".

1893-1916 and 1919-1951. was increased to 2 cents during part of WWI, then dropped again after the war.
one-cent green postage stamps are not uncommon but hopefully, the subject matter of your card is.

estatesale - it also shows a maypole/may day celebration over on the right-hand side of the front of the folder. that custom, for the most part, disappeared long ago. offhand, it looks like it dates to about 1915.

googled your soldiers' home postcard folder, out of curiousity to see where it was. it's in los angeles - or was - if you want that for your title or description.

yikes ... well, I'd found a closed auction for this same card that asked for and got $15, and it was just a 'one photo' auction ... so I decided to run the auction for mine the same 'way' as far as presentation.
On the other hand, on most of my listings, I take too many pictures. lol ... I made up for it on this one?
......... ok... no good reason.
Happy Super Bowl Sunday everybody.

"it is a lonnnnnnng foldout postcard showing many wonderful colorized engravings of the home"
How lonnnnnnnng? How many pics? You still have plenty of time to photomerge the picture and included the expanded version.

yep ... my normal Method Of Operations takes over ... I added lots of photos to the listing today ... but the listing does have a few 'watchers' so maybe it'll help; who knows.
edited to add "lots" of photos, means too many LOL ...

Really nice! I think the extra pictures add to it myself. I see you also have a bid.
