My first neutral. I know it's nothing but 500--100% that was good. Person leaves a neutral saying that the listing was wrong. never contacted me or anything. Sent an email saying he should have contacted me, I always refund if I make a mistake. Any other ideas on what I should say. Is it worth it to respond to my neutral or just leave it alone.
Thanks!

Why? Feedback is just that... some buyers do not like confrontation... just leave the remarks and move on... simple for them...

Any time I receive an "Unhappy" statement in my feedback I use "FAST PAYMENT! AAA+ Sorry expectations not met." That way future customers know that I at least respond to problems.
Since I started doing that I have had a lot more people contact me when they felt that something wasn't right. Sometimes it was simply the fact that I take pictures outside and other times they truly felt they got took because of what their "friend" told them. Just the same type of customer service that I have in my b&m store. Just my 2¢ here.

You could leave a neut or neg and then ask him to do the mutual feedback removal thing.
