Whitman: EBay Cuts Fees After Small-Business Protests
Greg Levine, 02.07.05, 7:47 AM ET

Let's try this one again. EBay (nasdaq: EBAY - news - people ) is cutting some fees for small sellers, less than one month after raising charges. Meg Whitman's company said Sunday that it would credit small-business owners who operate "eBay Stores" $15.95--the new price of a one-month subscription--and cut its minimum listing fee to 25 cents from 30 cents.
