Sorry if I missed this one, but I haven't listed anything on Ebay in awhile.

.Went to start a new auction today through Ebay....and in the listing process came across an option to BLOCK BIDDERS....who had negative feedback, or 2 unpaid items.....or no Paypal account. Is this something new?

They announced the Enhancements to Buyer Requirements for Sellers" on Date: 11/22/04. Not sure when the feature was activated.
